Wellness in Practice

My rates are based on the amount of time we spend together, rather than by the modality we use. 

In my opinion, the relaxation gained from a traditional massage is just as valuable as a session of focused myofascial release, and my training in any one modality informs every aspect of my work.

120 Minutes: Spacious Journey

90-Minute Session

This is not a "couples massage" per se. This is simply two, back-to-back sessions. There is a lounge space where one can wait, or one can even sit inside the practice space if desired.

Two x 60-minute sessions (back-to-back)

75-Minute Session

Two x 45-minute sessions (back-to-back)

105 Minutes: Thorough

Two x 75-minute sessions (back-to-back)

Movement Ritual is a gentle but expansive method developed by Anna Halprin, living legend of the American avant garde.  I was personally certified to teach Movement Ritual by Anna herself in 2008.
